I am a senior software engineer with Littlebird, an apartment-automation startup, where I oversee development projects with diverse software and hardware components–I’m responsible for everything from our CI/CD systems to our embedded computer-vision applications. Previously, I worked at the University of Arizona’s Planetary Image Research Laboratory and supported instruments like NASA’s HiRISE camera.
The technical focus of my work tends towards natural language processing, machine learning, real-time graphics and typesetting.
The cultural interests of my work lie in exploring the intersections of literature and software and in using art to teach software development.
